        簡歷:1962 年11 月出生,江蘇江陰人。1983.7 獲南京化工學(xué)院(現(xiàn)南京工業(yè)大學(xué))工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;1988.7獲華東化工學(xué)院(現(xiàn)華東理工大學(xué))工學(xué)博士學(xué)位(提前攻博);1988.7-1996.11:華東理工大學(xué)化學(xué)工程研究所工作講師和副教授;1996.11-1998.11:新加坡國立大學(xué)化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程系工作研究員;1998 年11 月被聘為教授;2001 年3 月被聘為博士生導(dǎo)師;2001
    年7 月-現(xiàn)在任華東理工大學(xué)化學(xué)工程研究所所長。

     學(xué)術(shù)兼職:中國膜工業(yè)協(xié)會常務(wù)理事、專家委員及工程與應(yīng)用專業(yè)委員會副主任;上海市化學(xué)化工學(xué)會膜技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)委員會主任;上海市凈水技術(shù)學(xué)會理事和分離膜專業(yè)委員會主任;《膜科學(xué)和技術(shù)》副主任編委,以及《工業(yè)水處理》、《凈水技術(shù)》、《無機(jī)鹽工業(yè)》和《南京工業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》等期刊編委。
        主要研究方向:膜科學(xué)與工程、分離科學(xué)與工程和廢水治理工程。基于新材料、資源環(huán)境、海水淡化等領(lǐng)域,具體如下:

    1)中空纖維膜/平板膜及其復(fù)合膜結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控:主要研究基于聚合物、納米材料和金屬粉末的膜制備與形成機(jī)理、凝聚態(tài)膜結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控、膜熱力學(xué)與動力學(xué)模型、膜表面改性、合金膜、膜表征等;2)功能膜材料合成與結(jié)構(gòu)控制:手性分子印跡聚合物、含氟高分子材料、聚酰亞胺、碳分子篩等制備與改性技術(shù);

    3)超凈高純微電子化學(xué)品工程化;

    4)催化精餾膜結(jié)構(gòu)填料:膜強(qiáng)化酯化反應(yīng)與分離過程,以及膜生物反應(yīng)器;

    5)集成膜技術(shù)應(yīng)用:反滲透、納濾、超濾、滲透汽化、氣體分離等膜技術(shù)應(yīng)用,難降解有機(jī)
    物廢水與電鍍廢水的集成膜分離技術(shù),以及廢棄全氟離子膜回收和利用。
        目前,已編寫了“綠色分離工程”、"膜法水處理技術(shù)"、"微濾技術(shù)與應(yīng)用"等書4 本,專利26 項(xiàng),鑒定5 項(xiàng),在Chem. Eng. Sci.、Ind. Eng. Chem. Res、 J. Membr. Sci. 、Appl. Mater. Interfaces 、Sep. Purif. Tech.、Sep. Sci. & Tech.、J. Polym SciDesalination 等期刊論文300 余篇(SCI/EI 收錄120 多篇),獲省部級技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)1 項(xiàng)和技術(shù)進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)2 項(xiàng),2012 年被聘為國家科技部項(xiàng)目專員,獲2012 年江蘇省高層次創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)(雙創(chuàng))人才。主要承擔(dān)國家“十一五”02 科技重大專項(xiàng)1 項(xiàng)“極大規(guī)模集成電路制造裝備及成套工藝-超凈高純試劑產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化”、國家“十一五”支撐計(jì)劃子課題1 項(xiàng)“全氟離子膜工程技術(shù)研究-全氟離子膜電解實(shí)驗(yàn)研究”、國家“973”計(jì)劃子課題1 項(xiàng)“水溶性和非溶性聚合物凝聚態(tài)膜結(jié)構(gòu)控制的理論”、“863”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目1 項(xiàng)“ULSI 超純試劑制備工藝研究子課題年產(chǎn)500 噸超凈高純過氧化氫連續(xù)制備試驗(yàn)的技術(shù)開發(fā)”、國家自然科學(xué)基金2 項(xiàng)“催化與滲透汽化雙功能中空纖維膜復(fù)合膜為規(guī)整填料的精餾耦合過程研究”和“梯度致密中空纖維碳分子篩膜的基礎(chǔ)研究”、國家教委留學(xué)回國人員基金1 項(xiàng)“單皮層聚醚酰亞胺中空纖維膜制備技術(shù)的研究”、國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委1 項(xiàng)“海水除二價(jià)鹽苦咸水淡化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)納濾膜開發(fā)”、上海市科委3 項(xiàng)“高濃縮比海水淡化技術(shù)開發(fā)及濃鹽水濃縮應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)化”、“耐高濃度雙氧水膜及其雙氧水純化裝置的開發(fā)”和“ULSI 用超純氨水和超純硝酸試劑純化的研究”、廣東省科委重大科技專項(xiàng)1 項(xiàng)“超凈高純氨水試劑的研發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化”、國際合作項(xiàng)目4 項(xiàng)“聚砜膜材料及其中空纖維膜表征”、“TIPS 方法制備PVDF 中空纖維膜的開發(fā)” 和“反滲透與納濾的電解質(zhì)、有機(jī)溶液的分離機(jī)理和過程模擬研究”等項(xiàng)目。已開發(fā)有機(jī)胺制碳酸氫鈉(碳酸氫鉀)與碳酸鈉(碳酸鉀)、含高濃度氯化鈉溶液脫除硫酸根離子、超凈高純微電子化學(xué)品(過氧化氫、氨水與硝酸等)、廢棄全氟離子膜制備全氟磺酸樹脂、各種聚合物材料(醋酸纖維、聚砜、聚醚砜、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯和聚酰亞胺等)中空纖維微濾與超濾膜、界面縮聚法制備中空纖維納濾膜、海水淡化與苦咸水淡化、水處理等成套裝置與技術(shù)[如建立并設(shè)計(jì)了日處理8000 噸超濾-反滲透鋁型材廢水及中水回用裝置、日處理2800 噸UF-RO 處理印染廢水及其中水回用裝置、年產(chǎn)500 噸超凈高純過氧化氫連續(xù)制備裝置和年產(chǎn)5000 噸食品級過氧化氫生產(chǎn)裝置等],多項(xiàng)科研成果已獲應(yīng)用。至今已培養(yǎng)博士學(xué)位獲得者26 名(留學(xué)生2 名)、碩士學(xué)位獲得者58 名,多名研究生獲得GE 獎(jiǎng)、BASF 獎(jiǎng)、3M 獎(jiǎng)、DOW 化學(xué)獎(jiǎng)、杜邦高性能涂料獎(jiǎng)、華昌獎(jiǎng)、浙江龍盛獎(jiǎng)等。
