張付申，博士，中國科學院生態環境研究中心研究員，固體廢棄物處理與資源化實驗室主任，中國科學院大學崗位教授，博士生導師。日本東北大學博士（文部省），美國密西根大學博士后，日本名古屋大學博士后（JSPS），教育部固體廢物處理與資源化重點實驗室學術委員會委員，中華環保聯合會固危廢專業委員會副主任兼石油石化環保專家委員會委員，英國Waste and Resource Management 雜志編委。主要從事固體廢棄物污染控制理論與資源化利用技術研究，包括：固體廢棄物中有價資源回收、固體廢棄物合成環境功能材料、固體廢棄物無害化處理與污染控制、廢棄生物質資源化利用等。重點在水熱合成、燒結合成以及超臨界流體、等離子體技術資源化利用電子廢棄物、生物質廢棄物和無害化處理危險廢棄物方面開展研究工作。主持或參加的主要研究項目包括：國家科技支撐計劃重點項目；國家973計劃項目；環保部公益項目、中科院重大科研裝備研制項目；國家水體污染控制與治理重大科技專項；中日合作項目；自然科學基金項目等。近5年發表SCI論文30余篇，獲授權發明專利10余件。
