     暨南大學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)系/水生生物研究中心主任;熱帶亞熱帶水生態(tài)工程教育部工程研究中心常務(wù)副主任;國(guó)際湖沼學(xué)會(huì) (International Society of Limnology, SIL) 中國(guó)理事(National Representative of China);中國(guó)生態(tài)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)淡水生態(tài)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任、秘書(shū)長(zhǎng);中國(guó)生態(tài)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)咨詢(xún)工作委員會(huì)委員;中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)生態(tài)環(huán)境修復(fù)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。主要從事水體富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化與富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體生態(tài)修復(fù)機(jī)理研究。先后主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃政府間國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新合作重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目,青年基金項(xiàng)目、973項(xiàng)目子課題、中國(guó)博士后基金特別資助、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金等20余項(xiàng);發(fā)表論文90+篇部,其中SCI 40+篇,包括Water Research, Reviews in Fish Biology and Fisheries等;特邀主編專(zhuān)輯三部即Special Issue of Frontiers in Environmental Sciences: Freshwater Science Special Issue of Water。長(zhǎng)期講授本--《淡水生態(tài)學(xué)》《湖沼學(xué)》《水域生態(tài)學(xué)》等課程;應(yīng)邀連續(xù)三屆召集(Co-chairs)國(guó)際湖沼學(xué)會(huì)大會(huì)專(zhuān)題會(huì)議;與國(guó)際上20多個(gè)國(guó)家的同行建立了密切聯(lián)系,具有廣泛的國(guó)際交流與合作基礎(chǔ)。
