    張永明,男,1960年出生,1999年畢業(yè)于華東理工大學(xué),獲材料科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,同年進(jìn)入上海交通大學(xué)工作,現(xiàn)為上海交通大學(xué)教授,上海市領(lǐng)軍人才,全國勞動(dòng)模范,享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家,“泰山學(xué)者”特聘專家。從事含氟聚合物和含氟功能膜的研發(fā)。主持并圓滿完成國家863計(jì)劃、支撐計(jì)劃重大項(xiàng)目,實(shí)現(xiàn)了氯堿工業(yè)全氟離子膜的產(chǎn)業(yè)化,結(jié)束了中國沒有全氟離子膜的歷史,打破了制約我國氯堿工業(yè)安全運(yùn)行和健康發(fā)展的瓶頸,是中國氯堿工業(yè)發(fā)展的里程碑。同時(shí)開展的研究包括燃料電池新能源汽車核心材料、催化分離膜材料、海水淡化膜材料、儲能電池膜材料、特種潤滑材料等。所著《含氟功能材料》被評為化工領(lǐng)域科技圖書一等獎(jiǎng)。
