梁威，男，河南信陽人，1971年5月出生，博士/博士后。中國科學院水生生物研究所 [1]  博士生導師/研究員，環境微生物工程學科組組長，中國環境科學學會高級會員，中國環境科學學會環境生物學分會 副主任委員/秘書長。先后在國內外核心期刊上發表論文七十余篇，獲國家授權發明專利3項，參與編寫專著2部。先后主持國家“十一五”、“十二五”水專項子課題、國家自然科學基金面上項目、科技支撐項目子課題、科技部農業成果轉化項目、中科院天津專項、晨光計劃等系列項目的研究，累計經費一千余萬元。主要研究領域：人工濕地、環境微生物學、生物修復、污染水體生態修復等。
