 內容摘要：隨著經濟技術的發展和城市規模不斷擴大，傳統的城市生活垃圾滲濾液處理已無法滿足新形勢下的環保要求。根據城市生活垃圾處理無害化、減量化和資源化的基本原則，“零排放”是解決城市垃圾滲濾液的最佳方法。然而垃圾滲濾液是一種成分復雜的高濃度有機廢水，此水特點：具有高COD、高氨氮、高金屬含量、微生物營養元素比例失調、水質復雜、具有強烈惡臭、危害性大的特點。處理起來特別復雜。經過多道工序最終超濃母液仍然無法處理�，F提出一種真空低溫蒸發處理技術解決超濃母液。徹底解決垃圾滲濾液零排放的問題。

Content abstract: with the development of economy and technology and the continuous expansion of urban scale, the traditional treatment of municipal solid waste leachate has been unable to meet the requirements of environmental protection under the new situation. According to the basic principles of harmless treatment, reduction and resource utilization of municipal solid waste, "zero discharge" is the best way to solve the problem of urban landfill leachate. However, landfill leachate is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater with complex composition, which is characterized by high COD, high ammonia nitrogen, high metal content, imbalance of microbial nutrient elements, complex water quality, strong odor and great harm. It's very complicated to deal with. After several processes, the super concentrated mother liquor still can not be treated. A vacuum low temperature evaporation technology is proposed to solve the problem of super concentrated mother liquor. Completely solve the problem of zero discharge of landfill leachate.

垃圾滲濾液是一種成分復雜的高濃有機廢水，危害性大。隨著環保要求不斷提高，垃圾滲濾液處理出水達到《生活垃圾填埋場污染物控制標準》（GB16889-2008）表2、表3標準，并實現工業零排放。本文將從工藝流程和特性闡述此種工藝的特性。

1、垃圾滲濾液形成原因與危害

隨著我國經濟的快速發展、城市的急劇擴張和人民生活水平的不斷提高，城市垃圾數量逐年增加，目前，國內城市垃圾的主要處理為衛生填埋法，我國超過90%以上的城市垃圾是用填埋法處理的。在城市垃圾填埋過程中由于壓實和微生物的分解作用以及厭氧發酵等多種代謝作用，垃圾所含的污染物將隨水分溶出，并與降水、徑流等一起形成高濃度有機廢液，即垃圾滲濾液，滲濾液是垃圾填埋過程中產生的二次污染，可使地面水體缺氧、水質惡化、富營養化，威脅飲用水和工農業用水水源，使地下水喪失利用價值；經濟有效處理垃圾滲濾液，是城市環境中亟待解決的難題。國內從2003年到2020年垃圾滲液的產量見表1。
