摘要:合肥市某污水處理廠設計排放主要指標需達到地表水環境質量Ⅳ類標準。該項目深度單元處理采用Leopold elimi-NITE®反硝化深床濾池工藝,兼顧了過濾,反硝化脫氮及除磷功能,使污水廠出水穩定達到TN<5mg/l,TP<0.3mg/l,SS<10mg/l。深床濾池設計采用弧形堰、恒液位控制及“前饋+后饋” 精確碳源投加控制方式,力求最經濟的碳源投加量。

The Application of Deep Bed Filter in WWTP Upgrading to Meet Near Surface Water Class IV Standards

Abstract: He Fei City Economic Development Zone WWTP Phase Ⅲ Project is designed to improve discharge qualities comply with Surface Water Environment Quality Class IV Standard (TN≤5mg/l). The Leopold elimi-NITE® denitrification deep-bed filter, which is a combination of filtration, denitrification and dephosphorization processes, has been applied as advanced treatment to ensure the effluent of SS<10mg/L, TN<5mg/L and TP<0.3mg/L. The deep bed filter design has considered curve weir, constant level control for better filter operation. In addition, an advanced Carbo dose control system with forward & backward was incorporated to achieve economical carbon usage.

污水廠已建成污水處理規模20萬m3/d(每期規模為10×104m3/d),現階段執行一級A排放標準,近期將對一期、二期工程進行提標改造,將污水排放標準提高到主要指標達到地表水環境質量Ⅳ類標準。污水處理廠三期工程設計規模為10×104m3/d,出水設計值在達到《城鎮污水處理廠污染物排放標準》(GB18918-2002)一級A標準的基礎上,要求總磷、總氮、氨氮、化學需氧量4項主要指標濃度值分別不高于0.3、5、1.5、30mg/L,主要指標達到地表水環境質量Ⅳ類標準(總氮≤5mg/L)。
